Full Papers 30 mins
Short Papers 20 mins
Concept papers 15 mins (-all including questions)
Poster Pitch 3 mins each (-questions during poster session) (Maximum poster size: 915mm (h) x 615mm (w) )

Authors are invited to submit papers (PDF Format) of
- 6 pages in length for the Regular Paper Sessions
- 2 pages in length for the Concept Paper Sessions
Authors may choose to make submissions anonymous, although that is not mandatory. All submitters should use the IEEE Manuscript Templates for Conference Proceedings,available here.
Submission in PDF format is required using double column, IEEE format, with a minimum font size of 10 points.
Instructions for Final Version Submission:
Please note: In order to guarantee inclusion in the conference program, one author of each accepted paper must be registered at full (non-student) rate by the registration deadline. Please note that each paper requires a separate registration.
Please make sure to adhere strictly to the formatting requirements of IEEE conference publication and the page limits: 6 pages for a regular paper and 2 pages for a concept paper. Both of the following files need to be uploaded on the submission portal for a submission to be considered complete.
Paper*: Final versions of accepted papers should be submitted online (click on "Submit Paper" button in the menu). After you log into EasyChair, go to My Submissions>Update File.
Copyright Form*: Please email the signed and completed copyright form to Mostafizur Rahman (Publications Chair) at mostafiz@umass.edu, with subject "NANOARCH15: Copyright form for Submission ID: x" (without quotes and replace x with submission number assigned on easychair). The copyright form can be downloaded from http://www.ieee.org/web/publications/rights/copyrightmain.html.
