Instructions for Final Version Submission:
Please note: In order to guarantee inclusion in the conference program, one author of each accepted paper must be registered at full (non-student) rate by the registration deadline. Please note that each paper requires a separate registration.
Copyright Transfer: ACM has an automated rights management form collection system for ACM published proceedings. Accepted authors will be sent the ACM rights management form and complete instructions shortly. As rights management emails will be sent from an automated system, there is a chance that emails sent may wind up in SPAM folders. Please make sure to set email SPAM settings to allow emails from "rightsreview@acm.org”.
Final Paper: After completing their rights management form, authors will be emailed the correct rights management text and bibliographic strip to place within their paper. All final versions MUST have this text inserted. Please make sure to adhere strictly to the formatting requirements of ACM conference publication and the page limits: 6 pages for a regular paper and 2 pages for a concept paper. ACM conference proceedings templates can be found on this link: http://www.acm.org/publications/article-templates/proceedings-template.html/
Final versions of accepted papers should be submitted online (click on "Submit Paper" button in the menu). After you log into EasyChair, go to My Submissions>Update File.
